Pet Consultations

Our consultations run on 15-20 minute appointments to reduce wait times and minimise your pet's stress. While emergencies can sometimes disrupt schedules and take priority, we do everything we can to see you on time.

During your visit, our experienced vets will perform a thorough physical examination. Whether your pet needs a routine health check or specialised care, we’ll provide the best advice and treatment. If necessary, we may recommend additional tests (see diagnostics) or admission into our fully equipped hospital for further medical care if their condition requires it.

If your pet requires in-hospital care, rest assured that our dedicated team will make their stay as comfortable as possible. Our fully air-conditioned, heated hospital ward is equipped with cozy bedding, and our team will provide round-the-clock monitoring and care.

You’re always welcome to visit your pet, and we’ll keep you updated daily on their progress.

Can’t find the time to bring your pet in? No worries! With our convenient day drop-off service available Monday to Friday, you can leave your pet with us for the day, and our vet will assess them and provide a tailored treatment plan. Simply drop off your pet anytime from 8am with a prearranged admission time and a completed admission form outlining your concerns, and we’ll take care of the rest. After a thorough vet consultation, you can pick them up at a designated time for discharge by the vet.

Please note, this service is not suitable for seriously ill animals, as these cases require in-depth discussion with the vet and a more detailed assessment before hospital admission.
