Wow what a great vet, never been here before but this is my new vet now! Roxy hurt herself and I was there in a couple of minutes, ran from car, the door was opened for us and quickly went to a room where she was looked over and the Dr Kate came in quick to check her and take care of her. Very good service for mum and pup!! See you again!
The team here are so friendly and helpful. One of my dogs was sick in the car on the way there and one of the VETs took the lead and washed it off for me. She could see my struggling to clean it with wet wipes.
They take great care of my boys! And offer wonderful advice.

We found this place because we were told by a highly rated animal hospital in Parramatta to make an appointment & come back later instead of making an assesment on site as to whether or not it was an emergency.

I was skeptical at first as I had moved from 1 vet to another already. I felt that maybe what I was looking for wasn’t available. My friend suggested Great Western Animal Hospital and I’m happy she did. They have a seperate seating area for my CAT vs. when I take my DOG. I’ve personally been able to get to know all the nurses and vets due to their professional, helpful and friendly manner. My puppy even attended puppy school here. This was great because she isn’t scared to go to the vet now. I would 100% recomment Great Western Animal Hospital.
Good friendly service, they were very caring and professional. My dog was happy with the overall treatment he got and so was I. I have a friend who works as a vet nurse and she loves working there.
They really care for your animal and are terrific communicators with organised and timely service. Wonderful vets, I left the vets in my local area because I prefer the service here. Simply expert care.
